Hi, I'm Shaen — a certified Nutrition/Wellness Coach, food-loving bodybuilder, full-time boy mom (with another little one on the way!), and someone who's passionate about keeping it real in the world of health and wellness.

After losing over 50 lbs postpartum through my own nutrition and training programs, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle your health goals, motherhood, and all the noise from social media. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help other women find balance, not burnout.
